 CondoHotel El Patio is located in a strategic position since it is in
the main walking avenue and only two hundred meters away from -one of
the most beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen. Its structure is
typically colonial, built with typical handcrafted materials such as
earthen floors, talavera coatings and wrought iron railings.
The CondoHotel El Patio has 11 apartments of different sizes, with one
or two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. All apartments are
furnished with old-fashioned furniture.
